“Harmony Reigns”
Gina Gullo has been organized her entire life, having grown up in a household as one of five children. “My bedroom was perpetually clean and well-appointed, and I have always valued a sense of harmony in the home. People are starved for harmony. There is something so satisfying about bringing that strong sense of design and order to our client’s homes and their lives.”
It’s important to Gina’s clients that she is dedicated, detail-oriented, creative and trustworthy. She has been working with Busby for many years and is very experienced in helping her clients find just the right expressions of their own sense of style.
“The most important part of the design process is listening to what the homeowner wants. Because it is such a personal and creative process, my clients and I build a strong relationship over the course of the project. In the beginning of the design process, I will meet with them–to gather information, understand their goals, as well as any constraints about the project.”
“Dedicated to Design”
Bringing concepts to reality is a big part of the work for Gina, and this reality usually involves tackling challenges along the way.
“I love bringing creative solutions to my clients, but I’m also very honest with them all throughout the design, build and installation processes. If something won’t work, I’m not afraid to make the difficult phone calls and always follow through. I stay with them throughout the process; I don’t disappear! It’s important for me to build trust with each client. I am their advocate and as such, I have to put their needs first.”
Gina is a bit of a perfectionist, too, which clients fully appreciate when they see the highly detailed drawings of their projects.
She explains, “Busby uses a special software that provides a much more detailed perspective at what the spaces will look like. This helps manage expectations so that everyone is clear on how the process will move forward and what the final product will be.”
The Client’s Style
Whether traditional, modern or transitional, Gina can design in a wide range of styles that flex and move with each client’s individual needs.
You’ll find her work throughout Southwest Florida, from Naples to Bonita Springs and all around the properties on Marco Island. “I love bringing ideas to them and helping them see the gorgeous results in the end.”
Outside of Busby, Gina is a big fan of alternative health and nutrition and exercises regularly.
